By the way …who is that handsome young man with the full head of hair rocking those awesome sideburns ?
A very ironic turn of events happened with the Weymouth South High Class of 1971 …a brand new school opened in the fall of 1970 with a brand new principal. The new principal was principal of a regional school south of Boston and left there to become principal of Weymouth South High.  His name …Wilbur Stanton, who left SLRHS to become principal of Weymouth South …ironic that he was my principal as a high school senior and I left teaching in Weymouth to work at Silver Lake …funny how things happen.
